Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddynt gan adrannau 1, 7, 8 ac 83 o Ddeddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 1981(1), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:
