The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers vested in them by sections 1, 7, 8 and 83 of the Animal Health Act 1981(1), make the following Order:

1981 c. 22. Functions of the Minister and the Secretary of State transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by S.I. 1999/672 and S.I. 2004/3044. Functions of the National Assembly for Wales transferred to the Welsh Ministers by virtue of paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.
