See sections 8(4) and 50 for the interpretation of “the Ministers”. The functions of the Ministers, insofar as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, were transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999, <ref eId="c00005" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/1999/672"><abbr class="acronym" title="Statutory Instrument">SI</abbr> 1999/672</ref>.</p></authorialNote> and now vested in it.</p><formula name="enactingText"><p>In accordance with section 2(1) of that Act, the Assembly has consulted those persons appearing to it to represent interests with which these Regulations are concerned as it considered appropriate.</p></formula></preamble><body><hcontainer name="regulation" eId="regulation-1"><heading>Title, commencement and application</heading><num>1.</num><content><p>The title of these Regulations is the Welfare of Animals (Miscellaneous Revocations) (Wales) Regulations 2007.
