1. Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Llywodraethu Corfforaethau Addysg Bellach (Dirymu) (Cymru) 2006 a deuant i rym ar 6 Ebrill 2006.
Dirymu
2.—(1) Mae'r Rheoliadau a bennir yn Rhan 1 o'r Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn (sy'n ymwneud â chorfforaethau addysg bellach yng Nghymru) drwy hyn wedi'u dirymu.
(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau a bennir yn Rhan 2 o'r Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn wedi'u dirymu mewn perthynas â Chymru.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn dirymu'r Rheoliadau a restrir yn Rhannau 1 a 2 o'r Atodlen sy'n pennu offerynnau ac erthyglau llywodraethu cychwynnol ar gyfer corfforaethau addysg bellach. Disodlwyd pob un o'r offerynnau a'r erthyglau llywodraethu cychwynnol ar gyfer corfforaethau addysg bellach yng Nghymru gan orchymyn o dan adran 22 o Ddeddf Addysg Bellach ac Uwch 1992 (fel y'i diwygiwyd gan baragraff 23 o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Dysgu a Medrau 2000 (p.21)). O ganlyniad, mae'r Rheoliadau a restrir yn Rhan 1 o'r Atodlen yn peidio â bod yn effeithiol. Dirymwyd y Rheoliadau a restrir yn Rhan 2 o'r Atodlen mewn perthynas â Lloegr gan O.S. 2002/1094 ac maent bellach yn peidio â bod yn effeithiol o ran Cymru.
