Consequently the Regulations listed in the Schedule have ceased to have effect. The Regulations listed in Part 2 of the Schedule were revoked in relation to England by S.I. 2002/1094 and now cease to have effect in relation to Wales. 2006 No. 621 (W.70) EDUCATION, WALES The Government of Further Education Corporations (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2006 Made 7 March 2006 Coming into force 6 April 2006 In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 21(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales , the National Assembly for Wales hereby makes the following Regulations: Title and Commencement 1 The title of these Regulations is the Government of Further Education Corporations (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2006 and they come into force on 6 April 2006. Revocation 2 1 The Regulations specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations (which relate to further education corporations in Wales) are hereby revoked. 2 The Regulations specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby revoked in relation to Wales.
