All the initial instruments and articles of government for further education corporations in Wales have been replaced by an order under section 22 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (as amended by paragraph 23 of Schedule 9 to the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (c. 21)). Consequently the Regulations listed in the Schedule have ceased to have effect.
