Conditions: introductory3
A Relevant Body may only enter into an agreement if the conditions set out in—
a
regulation 4; and
b
in the case of an agreement to be entered into with a qualifying body31, on or after the coming into force for all purposes of article 39 of the Dentists Act Order (substitution of sections 43 and 44), regulation 5,
are met.
