Title, commencement and application 1 1 The title of these Regulations is the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and they come into force on 15 December 2006. 2 These Regulations apply in relation to Wales. Amendment to the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2006 2 In Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2006 (Band 3 Charges — Provision of Appliances) paragraph (i) is omitted. These Regulations correct an error in the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/491 (W.60)) (“the 2006 Regulations”).

Regulation 2 removes the reference to “crowns in other materials” in the list of appliances for which a Band 3 charge may be made and recovered in Schedule 3 to the 2006 Regulations.
