Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Addysg (Lleoedd a Gynorthwyir) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2006 a deuant i rym ar 23 Tachwedd 2006.
(2) Mae Rheoliad 3 yn gymwys o ran Cymru ynghylch cwestiwn o beidio â chasglu perthnasol.
(3) Ym mharagraff 2 uchod, ystyr “cwestiwn o beidio â chasglu perthnasol” yw cwestiwn o beidio â chasglu o dan Reoliadau Addysg (Lleoedd a Gynorthwyir) 1997 ac—
(a)sy'n codi ynglŷn â blwyddyn ysgol sy'n dechrau ar neu ar ôl 1 Medi 2006; a
(b)nas penderfynwyd ar y dyddiad y daw'r Rheoliadau hyn i rym.

2. Ar ddiwedd paragraff (3) o reoliad 1 o Reoliadau Addysg (Lleoedd a Gynorthwyir) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2005(1), mewnosoder “cyhyd ag nad yw'r cwestiwn yn un a gyfeirir at baragraff (3) o reoliad 1 o Reoliadau Addysg (Lleoedd a Gynorthwyir) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2006”.

3.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Addysg (Lleoedd a Gynorthwyir) 1997(2) fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 10(4) a (6), yn lle “£1,575” ym mhob man y'i gwelir rhodder “£1,625”.
(3) Ym mharagraff 1 o Atodlen 2, rhodder “£12,470” yn lle “£12,182”.
(4) Yn lle'r tabl sy'n dilyn paragraff 2(1) o'r Atodlen honno, rhodder y tabl canlynol—
