Title, commencement and application1.
These Regulations—
(a)
are called the Food (Emergency Control) (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2006;
(b)
come into force on 27 October 2006; and
(c)
apply in relation to Wales.

These Regulations, which apply in relation to Wales, provide for the revocation of specified instruments which implemented Commission Decisions imposing conditions on the import of specific products that could be contaminated with excessive levels of aflatoxins.
