Dirymu cymeradwyaeth
9.—(1) Ar unrhyw adeg ar ôl i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gymeradwyo cais o ran unrhyw gwch pysgota, os ymddengys iddo—
(a)na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un neu rai o'r amodau a osodir o dan baragraffau 3(1) a 5(1);
(b)bod person perthnasol, mewn perthynas â chwch pysgota—
(i)ac yntau'n honni ei fod yn cydymffurfio ag unrhyw un neu rai o ddarpariaethau'r Cynllun, wedi rhoi gwybodaeth neu wedi cyflwyno dogfen a'i fod yn gwybod bod yr wybodaeth neu'r ddogfen yn anwir mewn manylyn perthnasol, neu
(ii)wedi bod yn ddi-hid yn gwneud datganiad sy'n anwir mewn manylyn perthnasol;
(c)bod y person perthnasol neu ei gyflogai neu ei asiant wedi methu cydymffurfio â pharagraff 7;
caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ddirymu'r gymeradwyaeth neu ddal yn ôl unrhyw ran o'r taliad mewn perthynas â'r cais.
(2) Os dirymir cymeradwyaeth o dan is-baragraff (1) ar ôl i unrhyw daliad gael ei wneud o dan y Cynllun hwn, caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol adennill ar gais oddi wrth y ceisydd swm sy'n gyfwerth â'r cyfan neu ag unrhyw ran o'r cyfryw daliad.
