Revocation of approval9

If at any time after the National Assembly has approved an application in respect of any fishing boat it appears to it that—
a
any of the conditions imposed under paragraphs 3(1) and 5(1) have not been complied with;
b
a relevant person, in relation to the fishing boat—
i
has furnished information or produced a document in purported compliance with any provision of this Scheme which he or she knows to be false in a material particular, or
ii
has recklessly made a statement which is false in a material particular;
c
the relevant person or his or her employee or agent has failed to comply with paragraph 7;
the National Assembly may revoke the approval or withhold any part of the payment in respect of the application.

Where approval is revoked under sub-paragraph (1) after any payment to the applicant under this Scheme has been made, the National Assembly may recover on demand from the applicant an amount equal to the whole or any part of any such payment.
