Payments under the Scheme6

Once the application has been approved and the successful applicant has complied with all conditions imposed under paragraphs 3(1) and 5(1), the National Assembly will, subject to sub-paragraph (2), pay the amount of the price agreed under paragraph 4(5) to the successful applicant.

No payment will be made unless the National Assembly is satisfied that the satellite-tracking device has been provided and the installation undertaken in accordance with procedures agreed by it with the Assembly provider.
