Cymhwyster
3.—(1) Caiff unrhyw berson sy'n berson perthnasol mewn perthynas â chwch pysgota Cymreig y mae'r Rheoliad yn gymwys iddo wneud cais i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol am grant o ran y cwch hwnnw—
(a)os darparwyd ac y gosodwyd ar gyfer y person hwnnw gan ddarparwr y Cynulliad ddyfais olrhain drwy loeren; a
(b)os yw'r person yn ymgymryd â chydymffurfio ag unrhyw amodau eraill a gyhoeddwyd gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ac sy'n ymwneud â'r Cynllun hwn.
(2) Bydd y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn cyhoeddi hysbysiad yn pennu darparwr y Cynulliad.
