Mae'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan adran 1 o Ddeddf Gwenyn 1980(1), ac a freiniwyd ynddo bellach, yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn—

1980 c. 12. Mewn perthynas ag adran 1 o Ddeddf 1980, trosglwyddwyd swyddogaethau Ysgrifennydd Gwladol Cymru, i'r graddau y gellir eu gweithredu mewn perthynas â Chymru, i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (“y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol”) yn rhinwedd O.S. 1999/672. Trosglwyddwyd swyddogaethau Ysgrifennydd Gwladol yr Alban i'r Gweinidog dros Amaethyddiaeth, Pysgodfeydd a Bwyd gan O.S. 1999/3141. Trosglwyddwyd swyddogaethau'r Gweinidog dros Amaethyddiaeth, Pysgodfeydd a Bwyd i'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol gan O.S. 2002/794 a throsglwyddwyd swyddogaethau'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, i'r graddau y gellir eu gweithredu mewn perthynas â Chymru, i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gan O.S. 2004/3044.
