Mesurau rheoli plâu

8.—(1) Caiff person awdurdodedig gadarnhau presenoldeb pla hysbysadwy ar sail canlyniad prawf mewn labordy neu archwiliad.

(2) Pan fydd presenoldeb pla hysbysadwy wedi'i gadarnhau mewn cwch neu yn yr un fangre neu gerbyd ag y mae cwch—

(a)rhaid i berson awdurdodedig gyflwyno i berchennog neu i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y cwch hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid difa neu drin y cwch, unrhyw wenyn, diliau, cynhyrchion gwenyn, plâu gwenyn neu falurion o'r cwch ac unrhyw offer neu bethau eraill a allai ledaenu'r pla hysbysadwy yn unol â'r hysbysiad;

(b)caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno i berchennog neu i feddiannydd y fangre lle mae'r cwch hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid trin y pridd o gwmpas y cwch yn unol â'r hysbysiad;

(c)caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno i unrhyw berson arall sy'n berchennog neu'n berson sy'n gyfrifol am unrhyw offer neu bethau eraill a allai ledaenu'r pla hysbysadwy hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid eu difa neu eu trin yn unol â'r hysbysiad.

(3) Pan gadarnheir presenoldeb pla hysbysadwy mewn unrhyw fangre neu gerbyd arall, caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid difa neu drin unrhyw blâu gwenyn ac unrhyw bethau eraill a allai ledaenu'r pla hysbysadwy yn unol â'r hysbysiad—

(a)i unrhyw berson sydd â phla gwenyn yn ei feddiant neu o dan ei ofal;

(b)i berchennog neu i feddiannydd y fangre, neu i berchennog neu i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y cerbyd.

(4) Os, unwaith y bydd unrhyw driniaeth sy'n ofynnol yn unol â hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd o dan yr erthygl hon wedi ei chyflawni, y bydd person awdurdodedig yn cadarnhau ar sail canlyniad prawf mewn labordy neu archwiliad fod y pla hysbysadwy'n parhau'n bresennol, caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno hysbysiadau pellach o dan yr erthygl hon.
