Mesurau rheoli clefyd

7.—(1) Caiff person awdurdodedig gadarnhau presenoldeb clefyd hysbysadwy ar sail canlyniad prawf mewn labordy neu ganlyniad prawf pecyn profi yn y maes.

(2) Pan fydd presenoldeb clefyd y gwenyn Americanaidd wedi'i gadarnhau mewn cwch—

(a)rhaid i berson awdurdodedig gyflwyno i berchennog neu i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y cwch hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid difa unrhyw wenyn, diliau neu gynhyrchion gwenyn sy'n dod o'r cwch yn unol â'r hysbysiad;

(b)caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno i berchennog neu i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y cwch hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid difa neu drin y cwch, malurion o'r cwch ac unrhyw offer neu bethau eraill a allai ledaenu'r clefyd yn unol â'r hysbysiad;

(c)caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno i unrhyw berson arall sy'n berchennog neu'n berson sy'n gyfrifol am unrhyw offer neu bethau eraill a allai ledaenu'r clefyd hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid eu difa neu eu trin yn unol â'r hysbysiad.

(3) Pan fydd presenoldeb clefyd y gwenyn Ewropeaidd wedi'i gadarnhau mewn cwch—

(a)rhaid i berson awdurdodedig gyflwyno i berchennog neu i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y cwch hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid difa neu drin unrhyw wenyn, diliau neu gynhyrchion gwenyn sy'n dod o'r cwch yn unol â'r hysbysiad;

(b)caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno i berchennog neu i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y cwch hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid difa neu drin y cwch, malurion o'r cwch ac unrhyw offer neu bethau eraill a allai ledaenu'r clefyd yn unol â'r hysbysiad;

(c)caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno i unrhyw berson arall sy'n berchennog neu'n berson sy'n gyfrifol am unrhyw offer neu bethau eraill a allai ledaenu'r clefyd hysbysiad yn mynnu fod yn rhaid eu difa neu eu trin yn unol â'r hysbysiad.

(4) Os, unwaith y bydd unrhyw driniaeth sy'n ofynnol yn unol â hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd o dan yr erthygl hon wedi ei chyflawni, y bydd person awdurdodedig yn cadarnhau ar sail canlyniad prawf mewn labordy neu ganlyniad prawf pecyn profi yn y maes fod y clefyd hysbysadwy'n parhau'n bresennol, caiff person awdurdodedig gyflwyno hysbysiadau pellach o dan yr erthygl hon.
