Hysbysiadau'n gwahardd symud
6.—(1) Pan fo gan berson awdurdodedig sail resymol dros amau bod clefyd hysbysadwy neu bla hysbysadwy yn bresennol mewn unrhyw fangre neu gerbyd, rhaid iddi gyflwyno i berchennog neu i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am—
(a)unrhyw gwch, gwenyn, diliau, cynhyrchion gwenyn, falurion cwch neu offer sydd yn y fangre neu'r cerbyd; neu
(b)unrhyw beth arall a allai ledaenu'r clefyd hysbysadwy neu'r pla hysbysadwy sydd yn y fangre neu'r cerbyd,
hysbysiad yn gwahardd eu symud ac yn gwahardd symud unrhyw blâu gwenyn sydd ynddynt neu sy'n effeithio arnynt, heblaw o dan awdurdod trwydded a roddwyd gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
(2) Os rhwystrir unrhyw berson awdurdodedig rhag gweithredu ei bwerau i gael mynediad o dan adran 2 o'r Ddeddf, caiff gyflwyno i'r person sy'n ymddangos i'r person awdurdodedig mai ef yw perchennog neu feddiannydd y fangre, neu mai ef yw perchennog neu'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y cerbyd, hysbysiad sy'n gwahardd symud o'r fangre neu'r cerbyd—
(a)unrhyw gwch, gwenyn, diliau, cynhyrchion gwenyn, plâu gwenyn, malurion cwch neu offer; neu
(b)unrhyw beth arall a allai ledaenu clefyd hysbysadwy neu bla hysbysadwy.
(3) Rhaid diddymu hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd yn unol â pharagraff (2) os yw person awdurdodedig yn ddiweddarach yn gallu gweithredu'n ddirwystr ei bwerau i gael mynediad o dan adran 2 o'r Ddeddf yn y fangre neu'r cerbyd.
(4) Yn yr erthygl hon, ystyr “y Ddeddf” (“the Act”) yw Deddf Gwenyn 1980.
