Any notice served under this Order will be properly served on any person if—

a

it is delivered to him or her personally;

b

it is left at or posted to his or her home or place of business last known to the National Assembly; or

c

where the conditions in paragraph 14(2) are fulfilled, sent to him or her by e-mail.

A notice served on any person by e-mail will be deemed to be properly served on him or her if he or she—

a

has indicated in writing to the National Assembly (and has not withdrawn the indication) that he or she is willing to accept service of notices under this Order by e-mail; and

b

has provided in writing, to the National Assembly, an e-mail address for this purpose.
