Gweithredu yn achos methiant i gydymffurfio
13.—(1) Os bydd unrhyw berson wedi methu â chydymffurfio â hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd iddo o dan y Gorchymyn hwn, caiff person awdurdodedig gymryd pa gamau bynnag ag y tyb sy'n ofynnol i sicrhau y cydymffurfir â gofynion yr hysbysiad.
(2) Bydd y person y cyflwynir yr hysbysiad iddynt yn atebol am unrhyw gostau sy'n codi o dan baragraff (1).
(3) Ni fydd unrhyw gamau a gymerir gan berson awdurdodedig o dan baragraff (1) neu unrhyw gamau ar gyfer adennill costau o dan baragraff (2) yn rhagfarnu unrhyw achos mewn perthynas â throsedd sy'n deillio o fethu â chydymffurfio â hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd o dan y Gorchymyn hwn.
