Where any person has not complied with a notice served upon him or her under this Order, an authorised person may take such steps as he or she considers necessary to ensure that the requirements of the notice are complied with.

The person upon whom the notice is served will be liable for any costs incurred under paragraph (1).

Any action taken by an authorised person under paragraph (1) and any action for the recovery of costs under paragraph (2) will be without prejudice to any proceedings for an offence arising out of contravention of a notice served under this Order.
