Darparu cyfleusterau a dyletswyddau eraill
12.—(1) Rhaid i berchennog neu berson sy'n gyfrifol am unrhyw gwch, gwenyn, diliau, cynhyrchion gwenyn neu offer a pherchennog neu feddiannydd unrhyw fangre a pherchennog neu berson sy'n gyfrifol am unrhyw gerbyd yr amheuir fod pla hysbysadwy yn bresennol yn unrhyw un o'r pethau hynny neu ar unrhyw un ohonynt—
(a)sicrhau fod pa bynnag gyfleusterau ar gael, a
(b)rhoi pa bynnag wybodaeth (yn cynnwys gwybodaeth ynghylch nifer, lleoliad ac unrhyw symud a fu ar gychod, gwenyn, diliau, cynhyrchion gwenyn neu offer sydd neu a fu yn ei feddiant neu o dan ei ofal a gwybodaeth ynghylch lleoliad unrhyw blâu gwenyn o fewn y fangre neu'r cerbyd),
i berson awdurdodedig ag y gall y person awdurdodedig hwnnw yn rhesymol eu mynnu er dibenion y Gorchymyn hwn.
(2) Ni chaiff neb drin gwenyn gyda sylwedd a allai effeithio mewn ffordd sy'n celu presenoldeb clefyd hysbysadwy neu'n ei wneud yn anodd ei ganfod, oni bai ei fod hynny'n digwydd wrth iddo drin y gwenyn yn unol â hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd o dan erthygl 7.
(3) Caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol drwy drwydded eithrio unrhyw berson o'r gwaharddiad a gynhwysir ym mharagraff (2).
(4) Rhaid i unrhyw berson y cyflwynir hysbysiad iddo o dan y Gorchymyn hwn neu sy'n ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau hysbysiad sy'n datgan fod ardal yn ardal heintiedig o fewn ystyr erthygl 10 gydymffurfio â darpariaethau'r hysbysiad hwnnw.
