Datgan ardal heintiedig
10.—(1) Caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol drwy hysbysiad ddatgan fod ardal lle mae wedi'i fodloni fod pla hysbysadwy yn bresennol yn ardal heintiedig.
(2) Caiff yr hysbysiad ddarparu fod y cyfan o'r darpariaethau a ddynodir yn yr Atodlen, neu unrhyw rai ohonynt, yn gymwys yn y cyfan neu unrhyw ran o'r ardal heintiedig, a bod darpariaethau gwahanol yn gymwys mewn gwahanol rannau o'r ardal heintiedig, yn ôl yr hyn y bydd y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn ei ystyried sy'n angenrheidiol er mwyn atal lledaeniad y pla.
(3) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gyhoeddi unrhyw hysbysiad a roddir o dan baragraff (1) ac unrhyw hysbysiad sy'n diwygio neu'n dirymu'r fath hysbysiad yn y fath fodd ag y tyb sy'n briodol er mwyn ei ddwyn i sylw'r personau sy'n debygol o gael eu heffeithio arnynt ganddo.
