SCHEDULE 5 RELEVANT MATERIAL FROM A THIRD COUNTRY FOR WHICH A PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE MAY BE REQUIRED

PART B Relevant material which, if destined for certain protected zones, may only be landed in Wales if accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate

1.  Plants of Beta vulgaris L. intended for industrial processing.

2.  Without prejudice to paragraphs 5 and 6 of Part A, soil from beet or unsterilised waste from beet (Beta vulgaris L.).
