16. Ni fydd swyddog Pysgodfeydd môr Prydain na pherson sy'n cynorthwyo swyddog o'r fath yn rhinwedd rheoliadau 13(2) neu 14(1)(b) neu awdurdod a roddwyd o dan reoliad 14(3) o'r Rheoliadau hyn yn atebol mewn unrhyw achos suful neu droseddol am unrhyw beth a wneir wrth arfer yn honedig y pwerau a roddwyd i'r person hwnnw gan reoliadau 13 i 15 o'r Rheoliadau hyn os yw'r llys yn fodlon y gwnaed y weithred yn ddidwyll, fod achos rhesymol dros wneud hynny a'i bod wedi ei wneud gyda medr a gofal rhesymol.
