Cosbau

12.—(1) Mae person a gollfernir o drosedd o dan y Rheoliadau hyn yn agored–

(a)ar gollfarn ddiannod i ddirwy dim uwch na'r uchafswm statudol; neu

(b)ar gollfarn o dditiad, i ddirwy.

(2) Yn ychwanegol at y cosbau ym mharagraff (1), bydd gan lys hawl hefyd–

(a)mewn cysylltiad â throsedd o dan reoliadau 3(9), 3(10) neu 5(7), i orchymyn fod cofrestriad y person a gollfarnwyd yn cael ei ddiddymu a bod y person yn cael ei anghymwyso rhag gwneud cais i gofrestru o dan reoliad 3, neu'n cael ei anghymwyso rhag gwneud cais o dan reoliad 3 am gyfnod penodol;

(b)mewn cysylltiad â throsedd o dan reoliad 6(8) neu 6(9), i orchymyn fod dynodiad y safle'n cael ei ddiddymu neu orchymyn fod y sawl a gollfarnwyd yn cael ei anghymwyso rhag gwneud cais i ddynodi safle o dan reoliad 6 neu'n cael ei anghymwyso rhag gwneud cais i ddynodi safle o dan y rheoliad hwnnw am gyfnod penodol; ac

(c)mewn cysylltiad â throsedd o dan reoliadau 7(8), 7(9) neu 9(7), i orchymyn fod cofrestriad person a gollfarnwyd yn cael ei ddiddymu a bod y person hwnnw'n cael ei anghymwyso rhag gwneud cais i gofrestru o dan reoliad 7 neu'n cael ei anghymwyso rhag gwneud cais i gofrestru o dan y rheoliad hwnnw am gyfnod penodol.
