The Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) (Wales) Order 2006

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the power conferred upon it by section 93(2)(b) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 20031, hereby makes the following Order:
Title1
The title of this Order is the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) (Wales) Order 2006.
Commencement2
So far as relating to Wales, sections 19 to 22 and 24 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 shall come into force on 11 May 2006.
