The Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No. 21) Order 2005

The Secretary of State and the National Assembly for Wales, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 118(5) and (6) and 122 of the Care Standards Act 20001, hereby make the following Order:—
