5.  In the Education (External Qualifications) (Description of Tests) (Wales) Regulations 2001:

(a) In article 2:

(i) omit the definition of “ACCAC”;

(ii) insert, following the definition of “the 1997 Act” (“Deddf 1997”), “the National Assembly” (“y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol”) means the National Assembly for Wales”.

(b) In article 3 for “ACCAC” substitute “the National Assembly”.
