In section 23A (discrimination by Further Education and Higher Education Funding Councils):

omit “the National Council for Education and Training for Wales”;
b
insert “and for the National Assembly for Wales in carrying out it’s functions under Part 2 of the Learning and Skills Act 2000” after “2000”.
