Enwi, cychwyn a dehongli
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Bwrdd Croeso Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru a Diddymu'r Bwrdd) 2005 a daw i rym drannoeth ei wneud.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn:
ystyr y “Bwrdd” (the “Board”) yw Bwrdd Croeso Cymru;
ystyr “cyflogai perthnasol” (“relevant employee”) yw unrhyw berson a oedd, yn union cyn y dyddiad trosglwyddo, yn cael ei gyflogi gan y Bwrdd o dan gontract cyflogi;
ystyr y “Cynulliad” (the “Assembly”) yw Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru; ac
ystyr “dyddiad trosglwyddo” (“transfer date”) yw 1 Ebrill 2006.
