After paragraph 19 of the Schedule to the Tribunals and Inquiries (Discretionary Inquiries) Order 19758 (inquiries designated for the purposes of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992), insert—

“19A.

Any inquiry held under section 14(3), 17(3) or 27 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.”.
