Child Minding and Day Care (Wales) Regulations 200270.

Regulation 21 of the Child Minding and Day Care (Wales) Regulations 200270 is amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(f) for the words “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and

(b)

for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

In this regulation “fire and rescue authority” means the fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 for the area in which the relevant premises are situated.”.
