The Conduct of Members (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 200163 is amended as follows.

In article 2 (interpretation) in the definition of “relevant authority” for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)
a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies.”
(3)
In article 4(1) (provisions to be disapplied), for the words “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
(4)
In the title of the Schedule (model code of conduct), for the words “FIRE AUTHORITIES” substitute “FIRE AND RESCUE AUTHORITIES”.
