Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No 3) Order 19746.

Article 6(6) of the Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No 3) Order 19746 (compulsory purchase orders) is amended as follows—

(a)

after the words “Fire Services Act 1947” insert “or Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”; and

(b)

after the words “fire authority” insert “or fire and rescue authority”.
