In regulation 2 of the Local Government Investigations (Functions of Monitoring Officers and Standards Committees) (Wales) Regulations 200159 (interpretation), in the definition of “relevant authority” for the words “a fire authority constituted by a combination scheme under the Fire Services Act 1947” substitute “a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies”.
