Conduct of Members (Principles) (Wales) Order 2001 E+W

55.  In article 2 of the Conduct of Members (Principles) (Wales) Order 2001(1), in the definition of “relevant authority” for paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies, and”.
