In regulation 4(3)(e) of the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 199845 (exceptions), after the words “the Fire Precautions Act 1971” insert “or, in England or Wales, a fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”.
