In paragraph 8(1)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996(1) (sums to be disregarded in the determination of earnings), for the words “a part-time fireman in a fire-brigade maintained in pursuance of the Fire Services Acts 1947 to 1959” substitute “a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority”.
