Diswyddo llywodraethwyr AALl, llywodraethwyr sefydledig, llywodraethwyr cynrychioliadol llywodraethwyr cymunedol ychwanegol a noddwr-lywodraethwyr
27.—(1) Caiff y person a'i penododd ddiswyddo unrhyw lywodraethwr AALl, llywodraethwr sefydledig neu lywodraethwr cynrychioliadol, a rhaid iddo roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig o hynny i glerc y corff llywodraethu ac i'r llywodraethwr a ddiswyddir.
(2) Caiff y person a enwir yn yr offeryn llywodraethu fel y person sydd â'r hawl i'w ddiswyddo, ddiswyddo unrhyw lywodraethwr sefydledig ex officio, a rhaid iddo roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig o hynny i glerc y corff llywodraethu ac i'r llywodraethwr a ddiswyddir.
(3) Caiff y person a'i henwebodd ddiswyddo unrhyw lywodraethwr cymunedol ychwanegol neu noddwr-lywodraethwr, a rhaid iddo roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i glerc y corff llywodraethu ac i'r llywodraethwr a ddiswyddir.
