Section 1(3) of and paragraphs 10 to 14 of Schedule 1A to the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993

For the purposes of paragraph 12 of that Schedule to that Act, the Ombudsman shall be regarded as the accounting officer.

Section 111(2) of and paragraphs 9 to 13 of Schedule 9 to the Government of Wales Act 1998

For the purposes of paragraph 11 of that Schedule to that Act, the Ombudsman shall be regarded as the accounting officer.

Section 51A(7) of and paragraphs 13 to 17 of Schedule 2A to the Housing Act 19966

For the purposes of paragraph 15 of that Schedule to that Act, the Ombudsman shall be regarded as the accounting officer.
