Y person cofrestredig — gofynion cyffredinol
8.—(1) Rhaid i'r darparydd cofrestredig a'r rheolwr cofrestredig, wedi iddynt ystyried —
(a)maint yr asiantaeth a datganiad o ddiben yr asiantaeth; a
(b)yr angen i ddiogelu a hyrwyddo lles y rhai sy'n cael gwasanaethau cymorth mabwysiadu gan yr asiantaeth,
redeg neu reoli'r asiantaeth â gofal, cymhwysedd a sgil digonol.
(2) Rhaid i'r darparydd cofrestredig sicrhau bod yr unigolyn cyfrifol yn ymgymryd o dro i dro â'r hyfforddiant sy'n briodol i sicrhau bod ganddo'r profiad a'r sgiliau a'r arbenigedd sy'n angenrheidiol ar gyfer rhedeg yr asiantaeth.
(3) Rhaid i'r darparydd cofrestredig sicrhau bod y rheolwr cofrestredig yn ymgymryd o dro i dro â'r hyfforddiant sy'n briodol i sicrhau bod ganddo'r profiad a'r sgiliau sy'n angenrheidiol ar gyfer rheoli'r asiantaeth.
