Darpariaethau Trosiannol
35.—(1) Mae'r Rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i asiantaethau cymorth mabwysiadu y mae'n ofynnol iddynt gael eu cofrestru o dan y Ddeddf yn rhinwedd darpariaethau Deddf 2000 a'r Rheoliadau hyn ond nad oedd yn ofynnol iddynt gael eu cofrestru felly yn union cyn 30 Rhagfyr 2005.
(2) Er gwaethaf unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau hynny, caiff asiantaeth cymorth mabwysiadu a oedd yn union cyn 30 Rhagfyr 2005 yn rhedeg neu'n rheoli asiantaeth barhau i redeg neu reoli'r asiantaeth heb gael ei chofrestru o dan Ddeddf 2000 —
(a)yn ystod y cyfnod o 3 mis sy'n dechrau ar y dyddiad hwnnw; a
(b)os, o fewn y cyfnod hwnnw, y gwneir cais am gael cofrestru, hyd nes y gwaredir y cais hwnnw yn derfynol neu'i dynnu yn ôl.
(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn ystyr 'gwaredu yn derfynol' yw'r dyddiad 28 o ddiwrnodau gwaith ar ôl caniatáu neu wrthod cofrestriad ac, os apelir, y dyddiad pan benderfynir ar yr apêl yn derfynol neu pan roddir y gorau iddo.
