Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Feed (Corn Gluten Feed and Brewers Grains) (Emergency Control) (Wales) Regulations 2005 and they come into force on 13 May 2005.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
