Cyfarfodydd panel mabwysiadu
5.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), ni chynhelir unrhyw fusnes gan y panel mabwysiadu onid yw o leiaf bump o'i aelodau, gan gynnwys y person a benodwyd i gadeirio'r panel neu un o'r is-gadeiryddion, ac o leiaf un o'r gweithwyr cymdeithasol ac o leiaf un o'r personau annibynnol, yn cyfarfod fel y panel.
(2) Yn achos panel mabwysiadu ar y cyd, ni chynhelir unrhyw fusnes ganddo onid yw o leiaf chwech o'i aelodau, gan gynnwys y person a benodwyd i gadeirio'r panel neu un o'r is-gadeiryddion, ac o leiaf un gweithiwr cymdeithasol ac o leiaf un o'r personau annibynnol, yn cyfarfod fel y panel.
(3) Rhaid i'r panel mabwysiadu wneud cofnod ysgrifenedig o'i drafodion, ei argymhellion a'r rhesymau dros ei argymhellion.
