Deiliadaeth swydd aelodau'r panel mabwysiadu
4.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau y rheoliad hwn a rheoliad 10, rhaid i aelod o'r panel mabwysiadu beidio â dal swydd am gyfnod hirach na 5 mlynedd, ac ni chaiff ddal swydd ar banel mabwysiadu yr un asiantaeth fabwysiadu am fwy na dau gyfnod yn olynol heb gael bwlch yn y cyfamser am gyfnod o dair blynedd o leiaf.
(2) Rhaid i'r aelod sy'n gynghorydd meddygol y panel mabwysiadu ddal swydd ond cyhyd â'r cyfnod y'i penodwyd o dan reoliad 9.
(3) Caiff aelod o'r panel mabwysiadu ymddiswyddo ar unrhyw adeg drwy roi mis o hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu.
(4) Os yw'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu o'r farn bod unrhyw aelod o'r panel mabwysiadu yn anaddas neu'n analluog i barhau yn y swydd, gellir terfynu swydd yr aelod hwnnw ar unrhyw adeg drwy roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig iddo ynghyd â rhesymau.
(5) Rhaid i derfyniad penodiad aelod o banel mabwysiadu ar y cyd o dan baragraff (4) gael cytundeb yr holl awdurdodau lleol sy'n gyfrifol am y panel.
