Swyddogaeth yr asiantaeth fabwysiadu mewn achos adran 83

35.—(1) Mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys mewn achos adran 83 os yw'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu yn cael gwybodaeth gan yr awdurdod tramor perthnasol ynghylch plentyn sydd i'w fabwysiadu gan ddarpar fabwysiadydd y mae'r asiantaeth wedi ei gymeradwyo fel rhywun addas i fabwysiadu plentyn.

(2) Os yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys, rhaid i'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu—

(a)anfon copi o'r wybodaeth y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) at y darpar fabwysiadydd onid yw'n gwybod bod y darpar fabwysiadydd wedi cael copi;

(b)ystyried yr wybodaeth honno;

(c)cyfarfod y darpar fabwysiadydd i drafod yr wybodaeth; ac

(ch)os yw'n briodol, darparu gwasanaeth cwnsela ar gyfer y darpar fabwysiadydd ac unrhyw wybodaeth bellach iddo yn ôl y gofyn.
