Dyletswyddau asiantaeth fabwysiadu mewn achos adran 83 yn dilyn cymeradwyo darpar fabwysiadydd
31. Os bydd asiantaeth fabwysiadu yn penderfynu mewn achos adran 83 i gymeradwyo darpar fabwysiadydd fel person addas i fabwysiadu plentyn, rhaid i'r asiantaeth anfon at y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol —
(a)cadarnhad ysgrifenedig o'r penderfyniad ac unrhyw argymhelliad y caiff yr asiantaeth ei wneud o ran y nifer o blant y gall y darpar fabwysiadydd fod yn addas i'w mabwysiadu, ystod eu hoedran, eu rhyw, eu hanghenion tebygol a'u cefndir;
(b)yr holl ddogfennau a gwybodaeth a roddwyd i'r panel mabwysiadu yn unol â rheoliad 26;
(c)cofnod o drafodion y panel mabwysiadu, ei argymhellion a'i resymau dros ei argymhellion;
(ch)os oedd y darpar fabwysiadydd wedi gwneud cais am adolygiad gan banel annibynnol o ddyfarniad o gymhwyster, cofnodion trafodion y panel hwnnw, ei argymhellion a'r rhesymau dros ei argymhellion; a
(d)unrhyw wybodaeth arall ynglyn â'r achos y gall y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol neu'r awdurdod tramor perthnasol ei gwneud yn ofynnol.
