Sefydlu paneli mabwysiadu newydd ar 30 Rhagfyr 2005
10.—(1) Bydd holl aelodau panel mabwysiadu a sefydlwyd cyn 30 Rhagfyr 2005 (y cyfeirir ato yn y rheoliad hwn fel yr “hen banel mabwysiadu”) yn peidio â dal swydd ar y dyddiad hwnnw.
(2) Gydag effaith o 30 Rhagfyr 2005 ymlaen, rhaid i'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu sefydlu panel mabwysiadu newydd yn unol â rheoliadau 3 a 4.
(3) Pan fydd aelod o hen banel mabwysiadu yn peidio â dal swydd o dan baragraff (1) a ph'un a estynwyd cyfnod swydd yr aelod hwnnw gan yr asiantaeth fabwysiadu yn unol â rheoliad 5A(1A) o Reoliadau Asiantaethau Mabwysiadu 1983(1) neu mewn unrhyw achos arall, caniateir penodi'r aelod hwnnw yn aelod o banel mabwysiadu newydd o'r un asiantaeth fabwysiadu ac eithrio na chaiff cyfnod ei swydd ar y panel mabwysiadu newydd fod yn hirach na'r hyn a ganiateir gan reoliad 4 gan gyfrif y cyfnod y mae eisoes wedi gwasanaethu fel aelod o'r hen banel mabwysiadu.
