<Text>The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 31B of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and section 24B of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>, hereby makes the following Order:</Text>

The functions of the Secretary of State under section 31B were, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by article 2 of, and Schedule 1 to, the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions Order 1999 (<Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/1999/672" id="c00004" Class="UnitedKingdomStatutoryInstrument" Year="1999" Number="0672">S.I. 1999/672</Citation>) (“the <Abbreviation Expansion="National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672)">1999 Order</Abbreviation>”), to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.</Text>
